Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document guiding the implementation of Decree No.52/2020/ND-CP dated June 11th 2020 of the Government on investment, building and trading of golf courses.

Specifically, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigns departments, agencies, and localities to study, disseminate and implement the state management of investment, construction and business of golf courses according to the provisions of the Decree No. 52/2020/ND-CP and related laws. In particular, the Department of Planning and Investment of the province to chair and coordinates with relevant departments, branches and localities to review, summarize and report to the provincial People's Committee on golf course projects in the province; at the same time, transfer information to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units as a basis for advising competent authorities to update golf course projects into planning, plans of land use, general planning and zoning planning according to regulations.
Department of Natural Resources and Environment chair, coordinate with the Construction Department in performing the state management of inspecting and supervising and reporting to the provincial People's Committee on land use, construction activities and compliance with environmental protection obligations of investors implementing golf course projects in accordance with into planning, plans of land use, general planning and zoning planning defined in documents: Decision on investment policy, investment registration certificates and other relevant law provisions.
Regarding to investment procedures, the Department of Planning and Investment, Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board and related units according to their assigned functions and tasks are responsible for advising the provincial People's Committee to implement the order and investment procedures in compliance with the investment law, Decree No.52/2020/ND-CP and other relevant laws.
It is known that currently, Khanh Hoa has 3 golf courses of international standards in operation, including: Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang, Diamond Bay Golf Course, KN Cam Ranh Golf Links.
