The focal point of this tourists area is the old house of Mr.Nguyen Dinh Thai, also known as Hai Thai. He was the capital of Vinh Trung to reclaim up to Suoi Tien Hamlet, and who lead water from Suoi Tien irrigation water for farms in this area. Therefore, people admire him as a sage of the village. Every year, on 17 December, the villagers still sacrifice him there.
The house is nicely embellished back but keep the old original house. It was a house built in 1925 from Wood-style architecture in France. Building includes the main house divided into five partitions, high-floor building, wide corridors, fish-scale tile roofs, purlins, rafters and ceiling sesame are made of very solid wood shell. Indoors there are over 200 ancient objects collected by the officials and employees of the hotel such as phone, the living things in the old family (mirrors, beds, wardrobes, clocks ...) .
