Attending the ceremony were: Mr. Tran Hong Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Minister of Construction; Mr. Tran Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province; and Ms. Tran Thu Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province. Representing the project's investor was Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alphanam Group.

The meeting was attended by Assoc.
