According to Notice No. 55/TB-VPCP of the Government Office, in 2022, the satisfaction level of people and businesses is still not high; people and businesses still have to travel many times to carry out administrative procedures (46/63 provinces and cities still have harassment and troubles in the implementation of administrative procedures and public services); 22/63 localities where cadres and civil servants suggest paying extra money in addition to fees and charges); the digitization of dossiers and papers related to the settlement of administrative procedures is still slow; The provision of online public services is still formal in some places, the rate is still low...
