On the morning of August 3rd, in the framework of working visit to France, the delegation from Khanh Hoa Province led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited the Keroman Fishing Port in Lorient to study its modern management and operational model. Mr. Fabrice Loher, President of the Lorient Agglomeration and Mayor of Lorient also attended the meeting.

Accompanying the delegation were Colonel Low Teck Loong, Singapore's Defense Attaché to Vietnam; Colonel Siswi Herlini, Commander of the Singapore Maritime Training and Doctrine Command; Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Hu, Commanding Officer of the Persistence ship; and other officers and sailors from the Singapore Navy.

On the morning of July 17th, at Ana Marina Yacht Club (North Nha Trang Ward), the VPS Cup International Sailing Race 2026 officially opened. Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, representatives from various departments and agencies, and delegations of athletes from both domestic and international backgrounds.
