On the afternoon of August 24th, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired an online meeting with districts, towns and cities on some solutions to implement the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic next time. Attending and directing were also Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan decided, within 14 days, from 0:00 on August 25th continues implementing social distancing according to Directive No. 16/CT-TTg in Nha Trang City and Van Ninh district; implement social distancing according to Directive No. 15/CT-TTg in the following localities: Ninh Hoa, Dien Khanh, Cam Lam, Cam Ranh. People continue not allow to leave their homes from 19:00 to 6:00 the next day for the above-mentioned localities. Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh districts comply with Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated April 24th 2020 of the Prime Minister.

For hamlets and residential groups of "green areas": People are allowed to exercise outdoors in the area, but do not gather more than 2 people and strictly follow the 5K regulations; to go to the market to buy essential goods outside the region according to the prescribed quantity, scope and frequency; cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, reporters, journalists, employees and workers who are allowed to go to work, when returning, must make a medical declaration and apply 5K epidemic prevention and control measures, passing through the checkpoint must present documents as prescribed; set up checkpoints on the scope of hamlets, residential quarters, arrange only one "gateway" in and out of the "green area”...
For hamlets and residential groups in the "golden area", people limit going out of their houses if it is not necessary; allow to go to the gym, go to the market to buy essential goods within the region according to the prescribed quantity, scope and frequency; cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees, workers working at home; health workers, epidemic prevention and control forces, armed forces, environmental sanitation workers, workers of technical infrastructure - electricity, water, telecommunications, reporters and journalists are allowed to work but must present documents according to regulations when passing through checkpoints. For villages and residential groups in "orange areas", people do not leave their homes, except in necessary cases (emergency, natural disaster, fire); local authorities provide food, foodstuffs and essential goods for each household; medical staff, epidemic prevention and control forces, armed forces, fire prevention and fighting forces, environmental sanitation, technical infrastructure - electricity, water, telecommunications, reporters and journalists are allowed to work and present documents as prescribed when passing through checkpoints; strictly implement the tightening and blockade with the support of police and military forces (if necessary)...
For villages and residential groups in the "red zone", people are required to stay at home and not go out unless absolutely necessary; local authorities provide food, foodstuffs and essential goods and services for each household; concentrate forces to strictly implement the tightening, blockade and establishment of medical isolation with the support of police and military forces...
Particularly for Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh districts, during the application of Directive No. 19/CT-TTg, all cases entering these two districts must have a certificate of negative test for SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours. Do not gather in large numbers (more than 10 people) in public places, outside of offices, schools and hospitals. Markets, commercial centers, supermarkets, convenience stores only sell essential items; implement reasonable distance between stalls and shopping areas; carry out weekly screening and testing for employees and small businesses.
In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also decided in the whole province to apply the following measures: Continue to suspend all non-essential services; activities of family businesses, religion, belief, culture, sports and entertainment; restaurants, eateries on national highways through the province; intra-provincial and inter-provincial public passenger transport activities; minimize the movement of people from one area or area to another. To strictly maintain and manage the population situation at the facility 24/24 hours, all cases returning to and coming to localities from epidemic areas must make medical declarations, take samples for testing, isolate, health monitoring.
