In the morning of November 11th, at Hon Ro Fishing Port, Nha Trang City, the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper cooperated with the Labor Confederation of Khanh Hoa province to organize the program "One million national flags with fishermen". At the program, the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper presented 5,000 national flags; 20 medical medicine bags and 20 welfare bags for fishermen at the fisheries union under the Nha Trang City Labor Confederation. The remaining 6,000 flags will be given to fishermen from fisheries unions in Van Ninh district, Ninh Hoa town and Cam Ranh City.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu thanked the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper for organizing this meaningful activity. At the same time, he believes that the flags will go out with the fishermen, contributing to helping the fishermen to feel secure going out the sea, and join hands to protect the sovereignty of the sacred sea and islands of the Fatherland.
It is known that this is the second time in 2021 that Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper organizes a program to give the national flags to fishermen in Khanh Hoa province (the first time was held in May with 9,000 national flags awarded to fishermen). After 2 years of implementing the program "One million national flags with fishermen clinging to the sea", Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper has donated more than 511,000 national flags to fishermen in 28 coastal provinces and cities and donated more than 30,000 national flags for soldiers, people living along the land border
