According to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee requires all levels, branches and units to implement a number of contents: Develop a plan to call for and attract investment to concretize the objectives and tasks of the provincial planning, including public investment and attract investment projects using capital outside the state budget; develop provincial and district land use plans in line with the plans for development of sectors and fields in each period. In the organization of planning implementation, it is necessary to be proactive, creative, flexible, and have close and rhythmic coordination between departments, branches and localities; create unity in thinking and actions of all levels, sectors, localities...
In order to mobilize and effectively use resources, and soon achieve the goals of the provincial planning, the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Investment to be the unit to assume the prime responsibility and advise the Provincial People's Committee on tasks to promote promoting activities and calling for investment attraction to the province, focusing on projects in 3 key economic sectors (agriculture, forestry and fisheries; industry - construction; services); 3 development driving zones (Van Phong Bay, Nha Trang City, Cam Ranh Bay) and 4 economic corridors (North - South, East - West, Nha Trang - Dien Khanh - Khanh Vinh, Cam Ranh - Cam Lam - Khanh Son); review and supplement projects calling for new investment, especially large, highly pervasive projects, serving as a driving force for the province's development during the planning period. For the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, it is necessary to develop a land use plan for the period of 2021 - 2025 and submit it to the Prime Minister for approval for implementation; guide and urge localities to adjust the land use planning for the period of 2021 - 2030, the land use plan of the first period of 2021 - 2025... Departments, branches and localities based on their functions and tasks assigned tasks and contents in the master plan to actively advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement the prescribed tasks.
