Accordingly, the provincial People's Committee unanimously selected Rainbow Communications Limited Company as the unit to perform the above mentioned events. Time is from 8 PM to 12 PM on December 31th 2018. Funds sponsored by Rainbow Communications Limited Company.
The provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to chair and work with Rainbow Communications Limited Company to check records, capacity and deposit requirements; Detailed examination of the plan, scenarios, content of the announcement ceremony, art performance program, fireworks organization ... to report to the provincial People's Committee before December 1st 2018; To guide unit implement, complete the procedures on art performing, security and order, fire and explosion safety, environmental sanitation, commercial advertisement (if any) and related matters, ensuring the current regulations before organizing the program; To monitor, manage and supervise the implementing unit strictly according to the contents permitted by the competent agencies and the provisions of law; To promptly adjust and handle violations (if any) according to regulations.
