Accordingly, the total estimated budget for deploying tourism activities in 2019 is VND 4.7 billion. In particular, the fund mainly focused on tourism promotion and propaganda (2.2 billion VND), human resource training is 1.9 billion VND.
Specific activities to implement the tourism sector's action program include: Completing strategies, planning to develop strategies and tourism planning (building a project to restructure the tourism industry); invest in infrastructure and tourism products (organizing surveys, building new models, schemes and products). Strengthening state management on tourism; tourism promoting and propaganda (carrying out activities and events in the National Tourism Program in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa 2019; providing information, supporting tourists, participating in fairs and promotions) , promoting tourism in foreign markets, tourism promotion activities, building a scheme to promote tourism images of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa); ensuring order security and improving the quality of the tourism environment (implementing the rule of civilized tourism behavior, developing a plan to manage tourism activities on Nha Trang Bay, tourism business dialogue , complete the Project to ensure safety for visitors; training human resources, improving service quality; cooperation in tourism development ...
Reportedly, in 2019, Khanh Hoa tourism industry aims to achieve revenue of 22,500 billion dong (up about 9%), welcoming over 6.8 million visitors, increasing by 7% (in which international visitors reach 3.3 million arrivals, up 18% over the same period), striving to reach 18.490 million guest days, growing by 17% (of which international tourist days are estimated at 12.54 million, increasing by 24%).
