On the afternoon of July 24th, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Khanh Hoa Province held an investment promotion and investor meeting for 2026, themed "Building Trust - Connecting Investment - Partnering for Development." Attendees included Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Truong Minh - Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment Agency (Ministry of Finance); representatives from central agencies and provincial departments; and over 110 infrastructure investors, strategic investors, and enterprises currently operating in the Van Phong Economic Zone and the province's industrial parks, alongside potential investors and businesses interested in exploring investment opportunities in Khanh Hoa.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Tran Minh Chien, Head of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board affirmed that the Investment Promotion and Investor Meeting Conference serves not only to showcase the potential and policy advantages for attracting investment to the Van Phong Economic Zone and Khanh Hoa’s industrial parks but also acts as an open dialogue forum for central agencies, international business associations, infrastructure investors, domestic and foreign corporations, and financial institutions to exchange perspectives and practical experiences, thereby enhancing service quality and refining the investment environment. Recognizing investor success as the benchmark for operational effectiveness, Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board is committed to fostering a transparent, favorable, professional, and competitive investment environment; it also pledges to stand alongside enterprises throughout the entire project lifecycle from initial surveys and licensing to construction, production, business operations, and scale expansion.

At the conference, delegates provided an overview of the location, advantages, and infrastructure of Van Phong Economic Zone and the province's industrial zones, highlighting key investment attraction results as well as future directions and emerging cooperation opportunities.

Representatives from the Foreign Investment Agency (Ministry of Finance), the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (KOCHAM), businesses, industrial zone infrastructure developers, and financial institutions also presented and shared their investment experiences in Khanh Hoa Province, analyses of international investment flow trends, strategies for attracting high-quality FDI, the development of green industrial ecosystems, the enhancement of industrial zone infrastructure, and financial solutions to support businesses.

At the conference, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam, leader of the Provincial Economic and Industrial Zones Management Board presented investment registration certificates and amended investment registration certificates to seven investment projects with a total registered capital of over VND 5,562 billion.

In his directive remarks at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam emphasized that Khanh Hoa is entering a new phase of development characterized by unique opportunities and advantages, supported by significant mechanisms and policies issued by the central government. Notably, the province is focusing on implementing the Resolution regarding the development of the Van Phong Economic Zone for the 2026–2030 period with a vision extending to 2045 driven by the determination to transform it into a modern marine economic center and a key growth engine for both the province and the South Central Coast region. To achieve this goal, the Provincial People's Committee is committed to further developing comprehensive technical and social infrastructure; accelerating the progress of connecting transport networks, industrial zone facilities, seaports, logistics systems, energy infrastructure, housing, and worker amenities. Speed up to advance administrative reform and digital transformation while enhancing service quality for businesses; the aim is to build a professional, transparent administration that places citizens and enterprises at the center of its service, reduces administrative processing times, and fosters a favorable, competitive investment environment. Furthermore, the province will strengthen its partnership with businesses throughout the entire investment lifecycle from project research and construction to operational phases ensuring the timely resolution of challenges and obstacles in strict accordance with the law. Guided by the motto "Government as a partner – Business growth – Investor success" Khanh Hoa Province is committed to creating favorable conditions within the legal framework to ensure investors can pursue long-term, effective, and sustainable investments with confidence.
Mr. Tran Hoa Nam urged the Provincial Economic and Industrial Zones Management Board to continue serving as the primary point of contact for investor support. He called for proactive coordination with relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to enhance investment promotion and improve the business environment, ensuring that all investors receive prompt, timely, and substantive assistance. At the same time, he expressed the hope that enterprises would continue to leverage their capabilities and accelerate the implementation of licensed projects; strictly comply with legal regulations; prioritize environmental protection, the adoption of modern technologies, and green, sustainable development; and actively partner with the locality in socio-economic development.
