On the morning of July 17th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province with leaders of various departments and agencies welcomed the Ulsan City Art Troupe (South Korea) performing at the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026 led by Mr. Lee Hee Seok, Chairman of the Ulsan Federation of Cultural and Artistic Organizations.

During the reception, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Ha informed about the outstanding achievements in the socio-economic development of the province after the merger, and introduced the potential, advantages, and development orientation of Khanh Hoa in the new period. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha emphasized that over the past 24 years, the relationship between Khanh Hoa and Ulsan has been continuously strengthened and developed. Cooperation in the fields of culture and art has always been a priority for both sides, contributing to increased understanding and connection between the people of the two localities.

On behalf of the leaders of Khanh Hoa province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha expressed his pleasure in welcoming Mr. Lee Hee Seok and the Ulsan City Art Troupe to perform at the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026.
