On the morning of November 6th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with the delegation of JANZZ.technology Company (Switzerland) on the implementation of the Pilot Project of the Integrated Labor Market System (JANZZilms) in Khanh Hoa.

At the working session, the representative of JANZZ.technology Company proposed that Khanh Hoa province consider and cooperate in implementing the JANZZilms Pilot Project - this is a digital platform system that provides criteria to serve as a basis for the transition to operating a local labor market system to ensure comprehensiveness, long-term and sustainability.

Specifically, the JANZZilms system will provide: Information on connecting labor supply and demand in the province based on real-time data, minimizing unemployment and local labor shortages; supporting workers to improve their skills and career orientation in accordance with actual market needs; enhancing the capacity to forecast and plan labor market policies for management agencies through the collection and analysis of big data; creating an ecosystem for effective and transparent connection between employers - training institutions, vocational education - workers... JANZZ.technology Company proposes to pilot this project for a period of 12 to 18 months and will sponsor 100% of the financial costs (estimated at about 300,000 USD) for the implementation, operation and development of the JANZZilms system. In addition, the Company recommends that if the locality agrees to cooperate, when implementing the pilot, the province should send representatives to participate in the project steering committee and technical working groups; provide data on the local labor market (past and present); arrange necessary personnel (administrative staff, professional experts, information technology support) to cooperate with the Company's team to effectively deploy the JANZZilms system in Khanh Hoa...

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha thanked JANZZ.technology Company for its interest in the development of Khanh Hoa's labor market; at the same time, he emphasized that the functions and utilities that JANZZilms brings will open up many opportunities for labor market development in accordance with the orientation and needs of the locality, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province... To learn more about this system, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Police and related agencies and units to establish a working group to discuss in more depth with Janzz.Technology Company about this system; then report, advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and make an official decision on cooperation in implementing the JANZZilms Pilot Project with the Company...
