On the afternoon of July 30th, Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee presided over a meeting with Inna Tour (Russian Federation). Also in attendance were leaders from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Khanh Hoa Promotion Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism and the Khanh Hoa Tourism Association; as well as Ms. Beltyukova Inna, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Inna Tour and Vice President of the Association of Tour Operators in Russia (ATOR); and Mr. Beltyukova Igor, General Director of Inna Tour.

During the meeting, Ms. Beltyukova Inna presented an overview of the company’s business operations, partner network, and strengths in applying digital technology to tourism. She assessed Khanh Hoa as a destination boasting significant advantages including marine tourism resources, service infrastructure, a comprehensive accommodation system, and tourism products that align with the preferences of Russian travelers and expressed a desire to strengthen cooperation on digital transformation in tourism, as well as to promote and facilitate cultural exchange programs and artistic performances.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed Inna Tour to explore investment and tourism development opportunities in Khanh Hoa. He affirmed that Russia remains a key traditional international market playing a vital role in the province's tourism growth. In 2025, the province welcomed over 505,000 Russian visitors for sightseeing; in the first six months of 2026, the figure reached nearly 620,000, increased 3.7 times compared to the same period in 2025. It is eatimated that Khanh Hoa welcomes approximately 1 million Russian visitors for the full year of 2026. Currently, seven airlines operate routes connecting various Russian cities to Cam Ranh International Airport, with a frequency of approximately 85 to 95 flights per week.

Provincial Vice Chairman Trinh Minh Hoang urged Inna Tour to research and develop tourism programs suitable with the needs and preferences of Russian tourists; to boost efforts in bringing Russian visitors to the province by leveraging the company's partner network and distribution system; to assist in promoting Khanh Hoa’s image, destinations, and signature tourism products to the Russian market; and to strengthen connections and cooperation with the Khanh Hoa Tourism Association and local tourism businesses facilitating market information exchange, product development, and expanded collaboration to attract an increasing number of Russian tourists to Khanh Hoa in a stable and sustainable manner.
To realize the cooperation initiatives, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, and the Khanh Hoa Tourism Association continue to coordinate with and support Inna Tour in tourism networking and promotion, step up cooperation on digital transformation in the tourism sector, and explore the development of a program to bring Russian soldiers personnel to Khanh Hoa for sightseeing.
