On the morning of January 12, 2026, the Joint Venture of Investors, MK Technical Materials Joint Stock Company, Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, and MK Holdings Investment Company Limited (MK Holdings) held the groundbreaking ceremony of CT-02 social housing project in the An Binh Tan urban area, Nam Nha Trang ward. Attending the ceremony were: Mr. Lam Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Khac Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Ms. Tran Thu Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha emphasized that in recent years, Khanh Hoa province has always considered providing stable housing for low-income people, workers, laborers, officials, civil servants, and members of the armed forces as an important task, contributing to ensuring social security, stabilizing human resources, and promoting sustainable socio-economic development. The groundbreaking ceremony for Project CT-02 today is a concrete and practical action to contribute to the nationwide successful implementation of the "Investment in the construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030" plan according to the direction of the Government, the province will gradually solve the legitimate housing needs of its people.
To ensure the project's effective implementation, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor and contractors to focus on construction according to schedule, or even ahead of schedule, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with legal regulations. He also requested that relevant departments, agencies, and localities continue to cooperate, provide support, and promptly resolve difficulties, creating the most favorable conditions for the project to be completed and put into use as soon as possible.

On December 11, 2025, the Khanh Hoa provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2456/QD-UBND approving MK Holdings Investment Co., Ltd. as the investor for the CT-02 social housing project. Immediately after being assigned the task, MK Holdings promptly and seriously implemented the legal procedures, completed the investment dossier, and obtained construction permits in accordance with the law.

The CT-02 social housing project has a total investment of over 1,600 billion VND, built on an area of approximately 2.067 hectares, including: 1 basement level, 4 towers, 15 stories high with a total of 936 social housing units (ranging in size from 49m2 to 77m2), green parks, community centers, infrastructure and technical systems, and roads. The project is expected to meet the living needs of more than 2,500 residents, contributing to the formation of a civilized, stable, and closed community within the overall An Binh Tan Urban Area. According to the plan, the project will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027, contributing to the creation of a quality social housing fund, serving the community and promoting socio-economic development of Khanh Hoa province.
On behalf of the investor, Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghi committed to ensuring the progress and quality of the construction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghi, General Director of MK Holdings Investment Co., Ltd., expressed his confidence that the CT-02 social housing project, upon completion, will meet the needs of residents for modern living spaces, including living, working, relaxing, and recreational areas, thereby improving their quality of life. For the project's investor, this is not just a simple construction investment but also a social responsibility, a commitment to aligning with the Party and State's major policies on social housing development, ensuring social security. On behalf of the investor, Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghi pledged to focus machinery, equipment, finances, and human resources to organize construction to ensure progress and quality, building according to design and legal regulations; striving to complete the project on schedule, put it into use early, and meet the expectations of the authorities and the people. In addition, during the construction process, they will comply with and ensure conditions regarding labor safety, fire prevention and control, and environmental hygiene; closely coordinate with and strictly adhere to the directives of local authorities at all levels throughout the project implementation and handover process; and always listen to community feedback to ensure the project's success and long-term, sustainable benefits.
