At the meeting, the leader of Kangen World Group Trading, Service, Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company presented the strengths and capabilities of strategic partners in the fields of construction, electricity, new energy, smart energy, design, urban and rural architectural planning… They also requested the provincial leader to consider the facilitation for the delegation to work with departments, agencies, and experts on wind power projects within the framework of the Power Development Plan VIII (PDP8), including: The Tri Hai Wind Power Plant Phase 2; V2 Wind Power Plant; V2 Wind Power Plant Expansion; Ho Nui Mot Wind Power Plant; and Bac Son Wind Power Plant. The discussion will focus on: the PPA process, grid connection feasibility, investment appraisal, legal procedures, construction plan of wind measurement station, and foreign ownership ratio. Together with energy, investors also wish to research and develop a model Smart Eco-City project in Khanh Hoa, a model of regional significance in Asia. The consortium of investors also expressed confidence that this project will make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of Khanh Hoa province and is an important first step towards effective and long-term investment cooperation between the two sides.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang welcomed investors who pay interested in exploring investment opportunities in the province. He also stated that on December 2, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2634/QD-TTg approving the List of National Key Projects in the Energy Sector, in which Khanh Hoa province has 6 key national projects to be implemented in the near future (nuclear, pumped storage hydropower, gas power, industrial center, and industrial services related to energy). With its long coastline, Khanh Hoa has the advantage of a deep-water port capable of accommodating international ships over 300,000 tons; At the same time, the province is also focusing on developing green industries and building smart cities… aiming to become a centrally-governed city by 2030. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and agencies to coordinate and guide businesses and investors in each specific field.
