On the morning of March
20th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa provincial People's
Committee welcomed Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Vietnam.

During the meeting, Mr.
Uladzimir Baravikou congratulated Khanh Hoa province on its outstanding
socio-economic development achievements in 2025. The Ambassador emphasized that
this visit aimed to promote the cooperative and friendly relationship between
Belarus and Vietnam to a new level by facilitating the signing of a cooperation
agreement between Khanh Hoa province and Gomel province of Belarus, especially
in the field of tourism. Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou also expressed his hope that
the two localities would soon cooperate to open a direct flight route from Cam
Ranh to Gomel.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha welcomed Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou
and his delegation to Khanh Hoa province. He noted that the visa exemption
policy between the two countries and the event of welcoming the direct flight
from Minsk (Belarus) to Cam Ranh on the afternoon of March 20th will contribute
to promoting trade and tourism development between the provinces of Belarus and
Khanh Hoa. Currently, the cooperation agreement between Khanh Hoa province and
Gomel has been exchanged and agreed upon, and it is expected that in 2026, a
delegation from Khanh Hoa province will visit Gomel province to sign the
cooperation agreement. In
particular, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also stated
that, after the merger and the successful organization of the Party Congress,
the National Assembly and Provincial People's Council elections at all levels,
Khanh Hoa province continues to maintain stability in terms of organization and
personnel, ensuring development and converging many potentials, advantages, and
opportunities for investment cooperation in the future. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha
respectfully thanked the Ambassador for playing an important role in bridging
the gap and hoped that Khanh Hoa province's upcoming trip to Gomel would
further expand cooperation and friendly relations between the two localities.
