On the morning of March
18th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa provincial People's
Committee with leaders from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and
Mass Mobilization Department, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the
province, and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion visited and
congratulated religious establishments in the province on the occasion of
Easter 2026

The delegation
visited religious establishments: the Bishop's Residence of the Nha Trang
Diocese; the Representative Board of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam
(Southern Region) of the province; Pastor Nguyen Chi Tin - Member of the
Representative Board of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern Region) of
the province, Pastor of Thap Cham Church, Bao An Ward.
At the visit, Vice
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha informed the
delegations about some outstanding achievements in socio-economic development,
important political events, especially the successful results of the 16th
National Assembly elections and the elections of People's Council
representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Khanh Hoa province. Mr.
Nguyen Thanh Ha emphasized that these results were achieved not only through
the efforts of all levels and sectors of government but also through the
significant contributions of all segments of the population in the province,
particularly religious communities. This included the consensus, solidarity,
participation, and support of religious leaders, officials, and all
parishioners and believers in the province.

On behalf of the
Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial
People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland
Front, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha
acknowledged the joint efforts and contributions of the bishops, priests,
pastors, and all parishioners and believers in the socio-economic development
of the locality, especially their participation in the recent election of deputies
to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all
levels for the 2026-2031 term. He also expressed his hope that the bishops,
priests, parishioners, pastors in the Representative Board, religious leaders,
and all Protestant believers would continue to promote the spirit of unity,
strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and
regulations. Actively
participating in emulation movements launched by the locality, contributing to
building a more developed, prosperous, and civilized Khanh Hoa homeland. Vice
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha also wished the
bishops, priests, parishioners, pastors, dignitaries, officials, and all
Protestant believers a peaceful and happy Easter.

Representatives of
religious institutions thanked the provincial leaders and authorities at all
levels for their continued attention and support for religious organizations'
activities over the past period. They also stated that they will continue to
encourage religious leaders, officials, and parishioners to abide by the
Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and to serve the faith while
contributing to the building and development of a peaceful, prosperous, and
happy society.
