On the afternoon of
February 3, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa provincial
People's Committee welcomed a delegation from Stung Treng province, Kingdom of
Cambodia, led by Mr. Men Kung, Deputy Governor of Stung Treng province. Presenting
the meeting were leaders from various provincial departments and agencies.

At the meeting, Vice
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha expressed his
pleasure in welcoming the Vice Governor of Stung Treng Province, Men Kung, and
the delegation to visit and work in Khanh Hoa province. Vice Chairman Nguyen
Thanh Ha also send the best wishes for health and happiness from Mr. Nghiem
Xuan Thanh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam,
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Tran Phong - Member of the
Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the
Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to
the members of the delegation and at the same time, he sent the best wishes to
Mr. Sor Soputra - Member of the Party Central Committee of the Cambodian People,
Chairman of the Cambodian People's Party of Stung Treng Province and Governor
of Stung Treng Province, as well as the Party Committee, government and people
of Stung Treng Province.
In addition, Vice
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha respectfully
thanked the leaders of Stung Treng province for sending a congratulatory letter
to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He also
informed the delegation about the outstanding results of the congress; the
socio-economic development results of the province in 2025; and the development
orientation of Khanh Hoa province in 2026. He emphasized that the cooperative
relationship between Khanh Hoa province and Stung Treng province has always
been closely strengthened and achieved many positive results in the fields of
health, military, tourism, trade, etc. Mr.
Nguyen Thanh Ha expressed his hope that in the future, the two sides will
continue to implement many cultural exchange and people-to-people exchange activities;
support cooperation and exchange activities between the youth of the two
localities; and promote widespread propaganda and education so that all levels
of people in both countries understand more deeply the traditional relationship
between Vietnam and Cambodia, which the leaders of the two countries defined in
2005 as a relationship of: "Good neighborliness, traditional friendship,
comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability."

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha sent best wishes

and wished the Party Committee, government, and people of Stung Treng province
continued to have great achievements in the future.

Treng Provincial Delegation, Mr. Men Kung thanked the leaders of Khanh Hoa
Province for their warm welcome and expressed his pleasure at the province's
achievements in socio-economic development in recent years. On behalf of the
leaders of Stung Treng Province, Mr. Men Kung sent his best wishes to the Party
Committee, government, and people of Khanh Hoa Province on the occasion of the
Lunar New Year 2026. He also expressed his hope that in the future, Khanh Hoa
Province and Stung Treng Province will continue to strengthen cooperation,
further promoting the special traditional friendship, solidarity, and close
ties between the two localities in particular, and Vietnam and Cambodia in
general.
