On the afternoon of October 13th, in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with entrepreneurs to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13) and to honor outstanding entrepreneurs and businesses. Attending the meeting were Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Khac Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Lam Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards in the province and nearly 300 entrepreneurs, businesses, representatives of business associations and professional associations of the province.

At the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan emphasized that Khanh Hoa province not only calls for investment but also proactively creates an investment environment of companionship - sharing, together for sustainable development. Khanh Hoa does not wait for opportunities but proactively creates each opportunity, understands each investor, shares risks and together strives for success. On the journey, Khanh Hoa continues to take businesses as the center of service, business satisfaction is the administrative measure. The province is determined to change its mindset from “management - inspection” to “support - service”; from “asking - giving” to “accompanying - sharing”, each process aims to be faster, stronger, and more suitable to keep up with the pace of development.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan also affirmed that each enterprise is a nucleus of development, each entrepreneur is a companion in creating the future. The government will accompany enterprises with practical solutions - handling procedures faster, clearer, more transparent; creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises to feel secure in doing business and develop long-term.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, in recent times, Khanh Hoa province has resolutely and synchronously implemented tasks and solutions on administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment, and especially Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development; focusing on reviewing, reducing and simplifying administrative procedures and business conditions. Since the beginning of 2025, the province has granted new certificates of registration for 2,276 enterprises (up 21% over the same period last year) with a total registered capital of about 21,000 billion VND; attracted 64 non-budget investment projects with a total registered capital of about 396,022 trillion VND, including 7 FDI projects with a total registered capital of about 56,788 million USD. In addition, investment promotion work has focused on innovating content and implementation methods with focus and key points to best exploit internal resources and attract maximum external resources for investment and development.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh congratulated and commended the outstanding achievements of typical enterprises, cooperatives and entrepreneurs. At the same time, he hopes that the business community and entrepreneurs will continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, proactively innovate production and business models, restructure enterprises in association with the trend of digital transformation, green transformation and circular economy; pay more attention to social responsibility, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and protect ecological environmental resources. In addition, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh also requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to pay attention to removing difficulties and obstacles for businesses; proactively review and substantially reduce administrative procedures, shorten the time for processing documents, and end the situation of harassment and inconvenience for businesses.
