On the morning of September 20th, at Binh Son - Ninh Chu coastal urban area (Area K2), Dong Hai ward, Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony of Hacom Ocean City social housing project. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Huyen - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders and former leaders of the province; representatives of departments, branches, localities, and investors.

This is one of the key social security projects, with practical significance to welcome the first Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, an important milestone after the merger of Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces, opening a new development period full of expectations for the locality and the region. The Hacom Ocean City Social Housing Project is built on an area of nearly 30 hectares including 8 high-rise apartment blocks with a total investment of more than 2,800 billion VND. After completing, the project will solve the housing needs of approximately 5,600 residents with approximately 2,300 apartments, including full social - commercial - service facilities such as: kindergartens, community living areas, green spaces, playgrounds, outdoor sports areas, etc.

The buildings are designed in a modern, synchronous manner, harmoniously connected with the green landscape system and technical infrastructure. Besides essential utilities, the project also inherits the entire infrastructure and large-scale utilities of Binh Son - Ocean Park Urban Area such as: Light Square, Binh Son Marine Park, Hong Kong walking street, chain of commercial services - sea tourism... Thanks to that, residents not only have a quality place to live but also fully enjoy a dynamic, civilized living environment, associated with the vibrant coastal life. The project is expected to be completed and handed over on September 30, 2027.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Huyen emphasized that the construction of the Hacom Ocean City Social Housing Project not only solves the social housing problem for low-income people, workers and policy families in Khanh Hoa province in general, and the South Khanh Hoa area in particular, but also contributes significantly to realizing the goals of the Project "Invest in building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income and industrial park workers in the 2021 - 2030 period" and Resolution No. 01-NQ/TU dated July 14, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the target of double-digit economic growth in the 2025 - 2030 period.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Huyen also requested departments, branches, sectors and local authorities to accompany and actively support the investor in carrying out the project's legal procedures, ensuring smooth and compliance with regulations throughout the project implementation process.
