On the afternoon of August 7, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired a meeting and worked with the delegation of Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts Global (AVSE Global) led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Khuong - Chairman of AVSE Global.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Khuong and members of the delegation proposed the development orientation and strategy of Khanh Hoa province in the fields of: Energy, tourism, science and technology.

Specifically, AVSE Global proposed to support and coordinate with the province in connecting domestic and foreign experts and intellectuals to give opinions on solutions and orientations for the province's socio-economic development. Strengthening the promotion of the local tourism and cultural image abroad through participation in the Vietnam Film Week (expected to take place in Paris, France), participating in fashion shows, art exhibitions, culinary festivals, and cultural forums held abroad. Coordinate with the province in selecting a commune-level locality with difficulties and challenges but a desire for breakthrough development, from which AVSE Global will research and propose solutions for this locality to develop and lead the country in a certain aspect or field...

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam acknowledged and highly appreciated AVSE Global's proposals for the development of Khanh Hoa province; at the same time, he hoped that AVSE Global would consult and support the province in attracting intellectuals and strategic investors to help the province realize its development goals, especially in developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; making tourism a spearhead economic sector and developing sustainably, reaching international stature... The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Finance and related agencies and units to connect and share information with AVSE Global to plan implementation and application plans suitable to the actual situation of the province.
