The Khanh Hoa provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize a competition to write about the country and people of Vietnam and Japan. This is the first time Khanh Hoa province has organized a competition to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties (September 21st 1973 – September 21st 2018).

Contestants are Vietnamese citizens in the ages of 16 or above who are living and working in Khanh Hoa province (except members of organizing committee, jury, and secretary groups of competition in provincial and district level). Entries are handwritten or typed. Some topics mentioned for the contestant to express in the article are: friendship, comprehensive cooperation, solidarity and friendship between the two nations Vietnam - Japan, feel about the Japanese culture, the country and people.
According to the plan, organizing committee of district competition will receive the entries, organize the marking, award the prize and submit to the provincial competition before June 21st. Provincial competition organizers will continue to mark the entries of provincial level sent by localities, departments, unions, universities and colleges. It is expected that on September 21st, the provincial People's Committee will hold a ceremony to summarize and reward the individuals who have won provincial-level written exams.
