Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a guiding document on supporting and coordinating to organize the Miss Universe Vietnam Contest 2019 in Nha Trang City.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests related departments, branches and Nha Trang City People's Committee base on their functions, tasks and scope to support to organize the Miss Universe Vietnam Contest 2019. In particular, the Department of Culture and Sports of the province is the focal agency to guide and support Hoan Vu Saigon Joint Stock Company in the process of organizing the Contest in the province; coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications of the province to carry out propaganda activities and introduce the Contest. Department of Transport of the province chairs and coordinates with the Nha Trang City People's Committee to develop a traffic directional distribution plan, adjust traffic and supports transporting passengers from the city center to the event venue. The provincial police chair and coordinate with relevant units to check, build and deploy a plan to ensure security, order and fire prevention for activities within the framework of the semi-final and final night. Department of Health of the province develops and implements a plan to check and ensure food safety and hygiene; arrange personnel and facilities on emergency duty at the venue for the semi-final and final night. Nha Trang City People's Committee enhances the order security, environmental sanitation, landscape, lighting system on the route from the city center to Diamond Bay Resort.
In order to support the organization of the contest effectively, ensure the quality, the provincial People's Committee proposed Hoan Vu Saigon Joint Stock Company to actively coordinate and provide content related to issues that need to be supported for related departments, branches and localities.

It is expected that the official contests of the semi-finals of Miss Universe Vietnam Contest 2019 will take place on the evening of December 3rd, the final round will take place at the evening of December 7th at Diamond Bay Resort (Phuoc Dong commune, Nha Trang City). In addition, training programs, reality television programs, activities to promote tourism culture, social community activities, charities ... will be held in Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong provinces.
