According to the Project, from now to 2023, Khanh Hoa will strive to achieve the following goals: Restoring a pilot place of of Bai Choi folk game (a platform with 9 huts) in Ninh Hoa town, taking place on weekly Saturdays and Sundays, anniversaries, festivals and New Year…; Restoring, documentary filming to print to DVDs or book publication on performance skills of classical drama, stories of Bai Choi folk of Khanh Hoa to avoid fading and distortion; 90% of documents and exhibits on scripts, dramas, stories, musical instruments, costumes are collected and documented for storage, preservation and display; integrating Bai Choi art into contest programs, art performances and festivals to propaganda for raising awareness about protection and promote values in social life ...
In order to accomplish the above objectives, the provincial People's Committee assigned the provincial Department of Culture and Sports to film documentaries, print to DVDs some typical classical dramas, stories of Bai Choi folk art of Khanh Hoa (performed by typical artists of the province); restore and maintain Bai Choi folk game point in Ninh Hoa; aggregating records and evaluating the rewards of teams, individuals and artists with outstanding achievements in the management, promotion, teaching, preservation and promotion of the heritage value of this art form…; coordinating with relevant departments and branches to bring Bai Choi art into tourism service activities to serve tourists; carrying out the propaganda of Bai Choi art by putting on school stages in localities (except Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh districts)
In addition, the Department of Information and Communications of the province should continue to instruct the implementation of propaganda about Bai Choi intangible cultural heritage on the provincial media with content and form suitable to local reality. People's Committees of districts, towns and cities promote propaganda, promotion, introduction, conservation, raising awareness of protection and promotion of art value of Bai Choi locally; integrate Bai Choi performance into contests, shows, festivals; promptly detect and foster talents of this art type...
