According to the Department of Tourism, last time, human resources who know Korean to serve in the tourism industry of the province are increasingly scarce. This problem becomes a barrier in exploiting the Korean tourist market, affecting the quality of services for tourists. Therefore, the organization of the above-mentioned Korean language training course is one of the necessary tasks to equip the tourism industry workforce to improve their ability to communicate, welcome and serve Korean tourists. Besides this training course, from now until the end of 2022, the Department will coordinate with units and businesses to organize professional classes on: Room service; high quality hotel managers; application of information technology in tourism activities for about 200 employees in the tourism industry.
