From September 19th to September 28th 2019, Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel will organize "Korean Cuisine Week" on the occasion of Chuseok Festival.
Two chefs Kwangsu Jung and Juchan Lee will cook the dishes during the "Korean Cuisine Week".
During the cuisine week, Feast Restaurant - 1st floor of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel will organize seafood buffet dinner with Korean dishes, prepared at the counter by two chefs Kwangsu Jung and Juchan Lee from Grand Incheon Hotel (Seoul, South Korea). Unique dishes from many regions of Korea are cooked in the traditional way such as spicy grilled chicken (Chungcheon style), Bulgogi marinated beef barbecue (Ulsan style), stir-fried pork with KimChi (fermented vegetables) (Daegu style), spicy stir-fried octopus legs (Incheon style), grilled mackerel (Seoul style), Korean Kimchi pancakes ... Particularly at Steam N 'Spice restaurant - 1st floor will serve Korean dishes changed everyday days, on 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
