In the morning of November 11th, Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel in association with the California Yoga and Fitness Center organized the program the Run to Give 2018 (charitable jogging) to raise funds for free surgery for children with cleft lip and cleft palate who have difficulty circumstances in Khanh Hoa province and neighboring provinces.
The organizers donate money collected from the program to Operation Smile Vietnam organization.
Participating in the running program, there are about 400 athletes who are staff of some units and partners of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel. There are also Doan Thi Kim Ngan (17 years old) and Do Hoang Lam (4 years old) who were supported by Operation Smile Vietnam organization.
Athletes participated in jogging with a total route of 2.9 km from Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel to Nha Trang View Restaurant. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 candidates complete the fastest route; One youngest athlete (7 years old); One of the oldest athlete (59 years).
On this occasion, the organizers have mobilized donors to sell some items, coupons, vouchers ... with the amount of 17,000 USD (nearly 400 million Dong). All of this money was donated to Operation Smile Vietnam organization to provide free surgical care to disadvantaged, cleft palate children in Khanh Hoa province and neighboring provinces…
