Accordingly, from October 1st t December 31st 2021, Khanh Hoa will deploy to attract domestic tourists. In which, Phase 1 (from October 1st to October 15th 2021), tourism business establishments in isolated areas after meeting regulations and conditions criteria on ensuring Covid-19 safety, checked and approved by the Department of Tourism, they are allowed to welcome guests in the province (guests are people who have Covid Green Card or Covid Yellow Card). Phase 2 (from October 16th until the end of November 15th 2021), it will expand the organization of activities to welcome domestic guests for tourism business establishments in the province. For Phase 3 (from November 16th to December 31st 2021), continues to welcome domestic tourists as planned. For local tourists, the tour program will be implemented in the form of a package organized by a travel agency or purchased directly from accommodation establishments, resorts, tourist attractions... For tourists travel outside the locality, implement a tour program in the form of a package organized by a travel business, ensuring safety criteria for the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic.
Particularly for international tourism, it is expected that in phase 1 (from November 15th to December 31st), Khanh Hoa will welcome international tourists to resorts in the North Cam Ranh Peninsula tourist area follow a self-contained tour program, there is strict supervision and control of the travel agency during the tour consulting process. After phase 1, if successfully deployed, continue to phase 2 (from January 1st 2022 to March 31st 2022) with the selection of accommodation on the islands of Nha Trang city; expand the area to welcome international tourists in the next period depending on the situation of Covid-19 epidemic control.
