Australian athlete won the Challenge Vietnam 2019
On July 14th, at Square 2-4, Nha Trang city, the triathlon Challenge Vietnam 2019 has officially taken place. This is one of the activities of the Visit Vietnam Year 2019.

This year's competition attracted more than 500 professional and amateur athletes of all ages from 31 countries and territories. Exactly 6:5 AM, 19 professional athletes and nearly 500 amateur athletes have started to compete swimming content with a distance of 2 rounds of 1.9km long. Immediately after completing the swimming content, the athletes in turn compete 90km bike and 21km run along the street Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong.

As a result, male professional athlete Steve McKenna (Australian nationality) finished at first, winning the triathlon Challenge Vietnam 2019 with the result of 4 hours 5 minutes 5 seconds. The fastest female professional athlete was Laura Dennis (Australian nationality) with the result of 4 hours 31 minutes 34 seconds. The total value of prizes for male and female professional athletes to reach the finish line is nearly 350 million VND. In addition, two Vietnamese male and female athletes to finish the race fastest will be allowed to attend Challenge Taiwan in 2020.
