Khanh Hoa Department of Information and Communication has just issued a plan to organize the mobile exhibition of maps and display "Spratly and Paracels Islands of Vietnam” in 2019.

According to the plan, the Exhibition will take place from 6 PM on August 20th to 2 PM on August 23rd at Dien Khanh District People's Committee (No. 149 Ly Tu Trong Street, Dien Khanh Town) and from 8 AM on August 27th to 2 PM on August 29th at the Center for Culture - Information and Sports in Khanh Vinh district (No. 2 Nguyen Van Troi street, Khanh Vinh town). The Organizing Committee will open free for people and visitors to visit and study.
Expectedly, the exhibition will display about 110 documents, pictures, photos and maps including: Vietnam's sovereignty maps and atlas for the two archipelagos of Spratly and Paracels; the process of establishing and enforcing Vietnam's maritime and island sovereignty from the 17th to the 20th centuries; images and documents on the Spratly and Paracels Islands in the French colonial period and the Republic of Vietnam period; images and artifacts reflecting the process of fighting and protecting the sovereignty over Spratly and Paracels Islands; images and documents show the special interest and affection of the Party, the State, the army, socio-political organizations, people and overseas Vietnamese with practical and common actions to protecting the sovereignty of the seas and islands of homeland ...
It is known that in 2018, mobile exhibition of maps and displays of " Spratly and Paracels Islands of Vietnam" held in Cam Lam and Van Ninh districts attracted more than 2,400 visitors to visit and study.
