Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee allows swimming activities, related activities on coastal parks and on the sea surface in the province return to normal from 0:00 on May 4th 2020. In order to ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic in swimming activities and related activities on coastal parks and on the sea surface, the provincial People's Committee assigns districts, towns and cities which have seas expeditiously arrange forces to regularly propagate, mobilize, inspect, control, urge and remind people and tourists to strictly abide by the distance, wear masks to prevent and fight against epidemics and not gather more than 30 people at coastal parks and public beaches in accordance with the guidance of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 19/CT-TTg; deploy observation, rescue on the coast as prescribed. During implementation time, if there are difficulties and problems, agencies, units and localities must promptly report and propose the provincial People's Committee to consider and settle according to their competence.
Reportedly, after the guidance document of the provincial People's Committee issued, Nha Trang City People's Committee has announced to resume swimming activities, cultural activities, arts, sports, recreational services, parking, putting parachutes, seats on the entire coastal park and on the sea surface of Tran Phu Street and Pham Van Dong Street from 0:00 on May 4th 2020.
