The Provincial People's Committee requests directors of departments, agencies, chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant agencies and units to implement the guidelines in this document. During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, agencies and units shall promptly send written documents to the provincial Military Command for summarizing and reporting to the provincial People's Committee for instruction.
