Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document guiding on strengthening immigration control and centralized isolation management.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Health, the Department of Transport, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Airport Authority at Cam Ranh International Airport, Nha Trang Maritime Port Authority and relevant agencies and units shall strengthen the supervision and strict management of entry cases through airports and seaports in the province; promptly detect and strictly handle violations. It is not allowed to illegal entry into Vietnam at airports and seaports in the province.
People's Committees of rural districts, towns and cities mobilize and guide the people when detecting illegal entry cases in the community, they must immediately notify the local authorities to organize isolation, epidemiology investigate and take sample and implement measures for epidemic prevention and control according to the guidance of the health sector.
Department of Health, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units strictly manage the objects being concentrated isolation, not letting the isolated people go out of the isolated areas into the community; People without duty to enter quarantine area. Propagate and encourage quarantined people to strictly abide by the regulations in concentrated isolation areas and measures for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control as recommended by the Health sector.
According to Document No. 3058/CV-BCD dated June 3rd 2020 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 disease prevention and control, at present the domestic situation of Covid-19 epidemic has been basically controlled and pushed back. However, the epidemic in the world continues to be complicated and at great risk of entering our country. Recently, Vietnam has recorded a number of people from countries sharing borders along the roads, paths, and inland areas without control, taking measures to prevent and control epidemic Covid-19. Some cases of immigration have been concentrated but not compliant, leaving the isolation area, moving through many localities. In addition, up to 6 PM on June 13th 2020, Vietnam had 194 cases of Covid-19 infection through immigration. These cases have been isolated immediately so there is no risk of spreading the infection to the community.
