On the afternoon of April 23rd, Mr. Nguyen Dac Tai - Standing member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with the Steering Committee for human disease prevention and control to collect comments about contents of the disease prevention and control activities implemented in the new situation under the direction of the Prime Minister.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dac Tai and members of Steering Committee discussed, contributed ideas and agreed on some contents on the implementation of Covid-19 disease prevention and control in the situation of Khanh Hoa province newly classified as low risk. Accordingly, it will gradually loosen and remove some regulations on social isolation according to the Prime Minister's Directive No. 16/CT-TTg of March 31st 2020. Continue the propaganda, advocacy and encourage people to voluntarily comply with regulations on not leaving the house when not needed; wearing face mask, keep a minimum distance of 1 meter when contacting; do not gather more than 20 people or more in public places, outside the workplace, school, or hospital. Temporary stop the organization of activities, festive events, cultural activities, art performances, and sports; particularly, religious activities, family businesses such as funeral or wedding must not exceed 20 people and must ensure safety measures for disease prevention. Continue to suspend activities of swimming, playing, and entertainment, eating and drinking at public beaches; continue suspending business of some non-essential goods and services until further notice.
In addition, the Steering Committee members also agreed to temporarily suspend operation of five interdisciplinary control stations for Covid-19 disease. Agencies and units are back to work at offices but still encouraged working online. For the Education and Training sector, it is necessary to have specific plans on the return time of school levels; particularly, pre-school level, depending on the situation of the disease, they will be sent to school at an appropriate time ... In the process of implementation, localities and units should report difficulties and problems to the provincial People's Committee for timely solving...
