The Department of Foreign Affairs has just sent a written request to agencies, units and localities in Khanh Hoa province to coordinate in propagating regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control when exiting through Huu Nghi International Border Gate (Lang Son province).

Accordingly, from 0:00 on January 1st 2022, Huu Nghi Quan Border Gate, Pingxiang, Guangxi, China will set up a timetable through the border gate, requiring people to enter the country to agree using "QR Code to schedule entry of Guangxi health code" to make an online appointment in advance, upload valid documents such as documents of residence in Vietnam (entry and exit documents, visas, certificate of vaccination, certificate of negative with Covid-19...) to apply for the "Guangxi Border Gate Entry Health Code"; present this code and do a PCR test within 48 hours (issued by 8 testing facilities assigned by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate General in Vietnam according to the attached list) for entry by appointment date. Chinese citizens do not pay exit fees for those who smuggle people out of the country illegally.
In order to create favorable conditions for Chinese citizens to strictly comply with the regulations of the Chinese side when completing exit procedures through the Huu Nghi International Border Gate, the Department of Foreign Affairs requests agencies, units and localities to coordinate with each other to Informing, propagating and disseminating information to individuals, organizations and businesses that are Chinese experts and workers, as well as Chinese citizens residing in Khanh Hoa province, to grasp and implement comply with regulations and requirements of Chinese authorities when completing immigration procedures to return home.
