* According to the Decision No. 15/2020/QD-TTg dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister, employees will be supported if they meet the following conditions: who must postpone the performance of labour contracts or they take unpaid leave within their contract term must be at least 1 consecutive month within the period from (April 1, 2020 to end of June 30, 2020); are participating in compulsory social insurance until the time before suspending labor contracts or leave their jobs without salary; working for enterprises generating no revenue or no longer having funds for payment of their wages.
Other subjects are supported include: Laborers whose labor contracts and employment contracts are terminated but are not eligible for unemployment benefits; workers who do not sign labor contracts that lose their jobs or freelance labor (vendors, small traders without fixed locations, collecting garbage, scrap, longshoreman, transporting goods , driving 2-wheel motorbikes, pedicab carry passengers, mobile lottery retail, self-employed or working in business households in the fields of food, accommodation, tourism, health care) .
For self-employed workers, the Commune People's Committee will review and sum up the list of eligibility for support with the participation of supervisors of representatives of political, social organizations and publicity with the community...
