Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee on the results of inspection and examination of prize-winning electronic games business activities as directed by the Provincial People's Committee in document No. 1130/UBND-KT on January 31st 2019, at the same time advise and propose measures to handle and overcome the shortcomings of enterprises as proposed by the Ministry of Finance (if any). In addition, the provincial People's Committee also requested the prize-winning electronic games business enterprises in the province to promptly overcome the shortcomings in the process of organizing this business activity at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance at the document No. 7233/BTC-TCNH dated June 21st 2019, periodically send the audited annual financial statements to the Department of Finance, the Department of Culture and Sports and the Provincial Tax Department as stipulated in Decree No. 86/2013/ ND-CP of the Government.

Through inspecting, discovering a number of shortcomings in the organization of activities and complying with the provisions of law such as: Enterprises arrange business places that do not meet the conditions prescribed by Decree No.151/2018/ ND-CP of the Government; do not destroy or re-export prize-winning electronic game machines which have been damaged, cannot be repaired or restored to normal operation after a 30-day time; do not open the device management book and the spare device management book; The monitoring book, has not yet monitored and controlled all objects entering and leaving business points; failing to list and issue leaflets publicly on game rules at business places and send them to state management agencies according to regulations ...
