Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units and localities to advise and organize activities in response to the campaign to make the world cleaner 2020 in the province, report the results according to the provisions of Section 7 of Document No. 4984/ BTNMT-TTTNMT dated September 10th 2020 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (via the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Communication) before October 15, 2020. .
According to Document No. 4984/BTNMT-TTTNMT, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities under central to organize activities to respond to the campaign to make the world cleaner with the following contents: Display banners, panels, posters in public areas, streets, office buildings and other suitable places to propagate the Campaign. Organizing activities to clean the environment; collection and treatment of waste and garbage; solving urgent and outstanding environmental problems in localities, agencies, units, schools, production and business establishments; clearing flows, dredging canals, lakes, drainage systems ...
