Participating in the refresher course, nearly 100 students who are cadres, civil servants and public employees in charge of international integration of agencies, units and localities in the province were trained in the following contents: foreign affairs works. Decree No. 64/2021/ND-CP dated June 30th 2021 of the Government on the signing and implementation of international agreements on behalf of the General Department, Department of Ministry, and ministerial-level agencies; specialized agencies under the provincial People's Committee; District People's Committee; Commune People's Committees in border areas; provincial level agencies of organizations. It is known that every year, the provincial Department of Foreign Affairs organizes 1 to 2 training classes on foreign knowledge for about 100 students in order to equip necessary knowledge and skills for officials, civil servants and public employees in foreign affairs organization, especially in the context of deep international integration, the world and regional situation has changed a lot... It is expected that in November 2021, the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs will organize training course on foreign economic knowledge for cadres, civil servants, officials of agencies and businesses in the province.
