Accordingly, S7 Airlines uses A321 Neo aircraft (with a capacity of over 200 passengers), departing at 9:05 (Vietnam time) at Cam Ranh International Airport to Novosibirsk (Russian Federation). These are tourists staying in Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Kien Giang ... trapped by international airlines temporarily suspended routes between Vietnam and the Russian Federation to prevent and control Covid- 19.
Earlier, on April 20th, S7 Airlines also organized a flight to bring 149 Russian citizens from Cam Ranh International Airport to Novosibirsk. It is expected that in early May 2020, this airline will continue to organize another flight to bring Russian citizens from Cam Ranh to Vladivostok.
Reportedly, the Russian Federation is the second largest international tourist market of Khanh Hoa tourism (after Chinese tourists). In 2019, the whole province welcomed 463,000 Russian tourists, accounting for 71.6% of the total number of Russian visitors to Vietnam. Particularly in the first 3 months of 2020, Khanh Hoa has welcomed about 120,000 Russian visitors.
