The Provincial People's Committee has just issued temporary regulations on the traveling of people to Khanh Hoa province from areas with different levels of epidemic.
Accordingly, all people from other provinces and cities coming to/return Khanh Hoa province must make a medical declaration and take responsibility before the law if an epidemic arises due to dishonest declaration or failure to strictly comply with regulations on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.

In which: People outside the province in epidemic level 4 areas, medical isolation (blockade) must have an antigen test or negative RT-PCR result for SARS-CoV 2 within 72 hours. For those who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19, concentrated isolation must be carried out according to regulations; period of concentrated isolation for 14 days, then continue to self-monitor at home and accommodation for the next 14 days. For those who have not given enough doses of Covid-19 vaccine, when entering Khanh Hoa, medical isolation at home or place of residence (if eligible); in case of ineligibility, concentrated isolation shall be carried out; quarantine period for 7 days, then continue to self-monitor for the next 7 days. For people who have received a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine or have recovered from Covid-19, self-monitor their health at home and accommodation for 7 days.
Persons outside the province in level 3 areas: Must have a negative antigen test or RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours (unless the person has received a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine or cured within 6 months). Strictly implement 5K, medical declaration to commune health stations; self-monitor health at home and place of residence for 7 days from the date of return to the locality; implement epidemic prevention and control measures according to local regulations.
People outside the province from epidemic areas level 1, level 2: medical declaration; strictly implement 5K and epidemic prevention and control measures according to local regulations.
Persons coming from epidemic level 3 and 4 areas entering Khanh Hoa province and staying for less than 48 hours (2 days): Requires having had a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine or recovered from Covid-19 disease (with required documents as prescribed) or have a valid negative test result for SARS-CoV-2 as prescribed during the stay in Khanh Hoa province.
For those who join the working groups according to the decision of the competent authority in the provinces, cities, epidemic areas or are implementing social distancing: Follow Official Letter 6386/BYT-MT dated August 6th 2021 of the Ministry of Health.
For people from Khanh Hoa province who go out of the province, when returning, follow the same regulations as people coming from outside the province.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also stipulates the traveling of people between regions in the province specifically as follows: People in level 4 areas when moving to other areas must take measures to prevent and control epidemics according to regulations; must receive a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine, or have recovered, or have a negative test for SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours. People in medical isolation and blockade areas do not go to other areas; people in other areas do not enter/exit the medical isolation area, the blockade area; except for those who are performing the tasks of epidemic prevention and control, going to the emergency, providing necessities, funerals, and other official activities at the request of competent agencies.
People in Khanh Hoa move out of the province: not to apply for certification to move; In case the destination requires certification, the district-level People's Committee shall certify for the units and individuals where the unit's head office or residence is registered.
