Support 50% of the rental price for small and medium enterprises in industrial zones and industrial clusters
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on directing the implementation and carry out the Resolution No. 16/2020/NQ-HDND dated December 7th 2020 of the Provincial People's Council on the support rental for small and medium enterprises in the industrial parks and industrial clusters in the province in the period 2021 - 2025.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Investment to disseminate the Resolution No. 16/2020/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council to relevant organizations and individuals in the province to know and implement; at the same time organize the implementation of the tasks within their competence; assign and coordinate with concerned agencies to studying and advising the contents of the provincial People's Committee's competence in accordance with law, before January 25th 2021.
According to Resolution No. 16/2020/NQ-HDND, small and medium enterprises renting production and business locations in industrial zones and industrial complexes will be supported by the provincial budget with 50% of the rental unit price/m2/year calculated according to the leased area of infrastructure investors of industrial zones and industrial complexes. The maximum support area is 10,000 m2, the maximum amount of support is 100,000,000 VND/enterprise/year. The rental support is done through the price compensation for infrastructure investors of industrial parks and industrial complexes in the province to reduce the rental price for small and medium enterprises. The price compensation amount is subtracted from the rental fee or supported from the provincial budget. The support period is 5 years from the date that the infrastructure investor, small and medium-sized enterprise signs a lease contract for the period 2021 - 2025.
