At the conference, leaders of Khanh Hoa province and Dak Lak province agreed and signed a minutes of cooperation agreement on socio-economic development between the two provinces in the period of 2021 - 2025, orientation to 2030. Specifically, for the agricultural sector, the two provinces will strengthen the exchange of learning and sharing experience in this field; building production and consumption chains of products; building booths for general introduction of OCOP products, key products and characteristics of the two provinces; coordinate in research, production and supply of plant varieties, domestic animal and aquatic breeds with high economic value... In the fields of investment promotion, trade and service, the two localities will regularly supply information on investment promotion in industrial parks, industrial clusters and industries and trades prioritized to attract investment; creating favorable conditions for businesses of the two provinces to cooperate in business, link in the supply of machinery and equipment, raw materials, technology transfer... For the tourism sector, cooperation will be developed based on the strengths of each locality; build tours between the two provinces; calling for investment and cooperation in fostering and training tourism human resources... In the field of transportation, the two localities will closely coordinate with the Ministry of Transport in the implementation of construction investment of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project (phase 1); strengthen cooperation, exchange and transport of goods through seaports and airports such as: Cam Ranh Port, Bac Van Phong General Port, Nam Van Phong General Port, Cam Ranh International Airport, Buon Ma Thuot Airport; develop mechanisms and policies to create favorable conditions for businesses and ports in connecting supply and demand to facilitate the circulation of goods... At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan emphasized that promoting linkages with Dak Lak has been identified by the Politburo as one of the important tasks on regional linkage in Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW, the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two provinces is a landmark and a solid premise in association and cooperation; thereby helping the two localities maximize their potential, strengths and specificity to promote growth in all aspects.
