Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to notify relevant organizations and individuals in the province about the import-export of goods to China through border gates according to guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; At the same time, coordinate with provinces in the Northern borders to update information, the situation of export - import of goods across Vietnam - China border and the management measures at the border gates applied by the Chinese side to take the initiative to handle according to its competence and strictly according to current law provisions; propose ideas to advise to handle the contents within the authority of the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with the regulations.
