From April 13th to 16th 2023, the working delegation of Khanh Hoa province led by Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the 12th cooperation conference between localities of Vietnam - France in Hanoi. The event takes place in the context of the two countries celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of the Vietnam-France Strategic Partnership in 2023.
The delegation attended the opening plenary session and 4 thematic sessions in the fields of: Sustainable cities; environment, water and water treatment; culture, heritage and tourism; smart city and digitization. Besides, the delegation participated in activities on the sidelines of the conference such as: Festival "Balade en France / Walking in France" and space to promote Vietnamese localities "Vietnamese colors".

At the exhibition area of the conference, Khanh Hoa province has a booth displaying information and publications promoting the potential, strengths and calling for investment in the province, specialties of the province such as: Nest, durian, seaweed…
On this occasion, Mr. Le Huu Hoang met Mr. Nicolas Warnery - French Ambassador to Vietnam, Ms. Emmanuelle Pavillon-Grosser - Consul General of France in Ho Chi Minh City; at the same time, reiterate the invitation of the Ambassador and the Consul General to attend the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival in June 2023.
Then, on April 15th, the delegation attended the Vietnam - France Business Forum and had bilateral meetings with French agencies, associations and businesses: International Assembly of French-speaking Regions (AIRF), Association of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs in France (ABVietFrance). Attending the forum were 6 tourism businesses of Khanh Hoa province.
At a meeting with the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in France, Mr. Le Huu Hoang said, Khanh Hoa province's message this time is: "The Khanh Hoa provincial government is committed to strongly reforming administrative procedures and favorable business investment environment, putting people at the center of the green economic development process, the success of investors is the success of Khanh Hoa province". Therefore, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in France to support the connection between French businesses and the authorities and businesses of Khanh Hoa province, promoting cooperation in promoting the image, develop culture and tourism and implement cooperation policies with the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Khanh Hoa province.
Speaking to the delegation of Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Nguyen Hai Nam - Chairman of the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in France highly appreciated the proposed contents from Khanh Hoa province, and at the same time noted and will study and implement in the future.
