Specifically, domestic revenue from central state-owned enterprises reach 22.2% of the estimate; revenue from local state-owned enterprises reach 29.2% of the estimate; non-state revenue is 32.1% of the estimate; revenue from the foreign investment sector reach 15.7% of the estimate; Lottery revenue reach 52% of the estimate.
Some revenues that do not meet the schedule and decrease compared to the same period last year are: Revenue from import and export activities; revenue from foreign-invested enterprises; collection of environmental protection tax, non-agricultural land tax, registration fee. The reason these revenues do not meet the schedule is due to the decrease in the amount of imported gasoline and real estate transfer in the first three months of 2023 compared to the same period last year...
Also in the first quarter of 2023, the province's budget balance expenditure reach more than 2,871 billion Dong, equaling 19.3% of the plan. Of which, regular spending is more than 1,530 billion Dong, as 19% of the plan.
