Specifically, domestic revenues from central state owned enterprises increases by 10.9%; income from local state-owned enterprises increases by 13.6%; income from FDI enterprises increases by 38.3%; non-state revenue increases by 2.5%; land use fee increases by 64.6%.
Also in the first 6 months of 2018, local budget balancing expenditure of the whole province is more than 4,884 billion Dong, as 48.9% of the budget. In which, regular expenditures are 2,781 billion Dong, as 45.8% of the estimate; spending on investment development more than 2.098 billion Dong, as 57.6% of the estimate.
