At the meeting, after listening to reports from relevant departments and agencies, Mr. Le Huu Hoang requested the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance to monitor the situation, report to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Finance to guide the implementation of the procedures for transferring sources, adjusting capital sources for some projects using ODA or foreign preferential loans in the province. Investors and localities need to improve their responsibilities, to be more proactive in implementing programs and projects, ensure the disbursement progress of public investment capital, ODA and foreign preferential loans. Particularly, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development needs to focus resources, work out specific solutions and strive to complete disbursement of projects: Repairing and improving the safety of dams of Khanh province; renovate and upgrade the main canal of South of Cam Ranh reservoir and the main canal of Suoi Dau reservoir. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment needs to determine the specific land price of the Saline Prevention Dam Project of Cai River in Nha Trang to ensure the site clearance progress...
According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the capital plan 2020 (including ODA allocations lasting from 2019 to 2020), there are 6 ongoing ODA-funded projects in the province. Total ODA plan in 2020 actually assigned to these 6 projects is 729.865 billion VND. By October 27th, the disbursement value of ODA capital of Khanh Hoa province was 379.676 billion VND, reaching 52% of the actual assigned capital. In particular, the disbursed ODA disbursement was 302.165 billion VND, reaching 70.5% of the plan; ODA re-loan disbursement was 77.602 billion VND, reaching 25.8% of the plan.
