Accordingly, in the period of 2021 - 2025, Khanh Hoa province strives to achieve the following goals: Gross domestic product (GRDP) is estimated to increase by 7.8 - 9.0% per year, of which GRDP by economic sector increases 8.2 - 9.4%/year; Specifically: The agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased by 2.3 - 3.0%/year; the industry and construction sector increased by 9.8 - 10.8%/year; the service sector increased by 8.3 - 9.8%/year.
To accomplish the above objectives, the plan has set out key tasks and solutions: Continue to implement synchronously and effectively the guidelines and policies of the Party and State on construction and development of Khanh Hoa province, promote recovery, fast and sustainable economic development. Completing and organizing the effective implementation of important planning in the province. Accelerate economic restructuring in association with growth model innovation; improve productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy; focus on developing important groups of industries, bringing high value to the economy. Increase mobilization and effective use of investment resources for socio-economic development and infrastructure investment. Review the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period; resolutely implement the reduction of projects that are not urgent, not really necessary, and projects that are no longer in line with the planning and development orientation of Khanh Hoa province in order to transfer and concentrate capital for implementation of key projects; restructuring public investment in the direction of investment must have focus, ensure quality, efficiency, not fragmented and spread. Speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital; focus on directing, urging and drastically speeding up the progress of key national and provincial projects to ensure the quality and schedule as prescribed, especially the site clearance to serve the construction of the road project of Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway and Buon Ma Thuot - Khanh Hoa expressway, projects under the Socio-economic Development and Recovery Program, projects under national target programs and a number of projects, other important infrastructure projects such as: Dam to prevent saltwater intrusion of Cai river in Nha Trang; Sustainable environment in coastal cities - Nha Trang City subproject; roads outside Van Phong international transshipment port; Investing in infrastructure to prevent flooding and erosion My Thanh residential area (Cam Thinh Dong commune, Cam Ranh city); embankment on the right bank of the Cai river and embankment of the Cai river through Vinh Phuong commune (Nha Trang);... Approving and implementing investment in the list of key public investment projects to be included in the public investment plan (additional) in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 for synchronous infrastructure development according to Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 42/NQ-CP of the Government. Continue to speed up the progress of construction, completion and put into use for a number of projects that create driving force for economic development and new revenue sources such as: Van Phong 1 BOT Thermal Power Plant, General Port Nam Van Phong and North Van Phong, Ninh Thuy Industrial Park; industrial clusters such as Dien Tho, Trang E 2, Ninh Xuan,... Soon to complete investment procedures for the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park project; actively promote infrastructure investment in industrial parks: Nam Cam Ranh, Van Luong, Ninh Son, projects on the list of key projects calling for non-budget investment in the province and projects prioritized revenue collection investment into Van Phong Economic Zone in the period up to 2025 according to Resolution No. 55/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly after being approved by competent authorities...
